The lifespan of a Flute Sign depends largely on where it is installed and how much exposure it receives to sunlight and weather.

For signs installed permanently outdoors with regular UV exposure, you can generally expect a service life of around 18-24 months, depending on conditions. Signs used indoors or in protected areas can remain in good condition for considerably longer.

Our signs are produced using quality corrugated plastic material and UV digital printing to provide excellent colour and durability for temporary and medium-term signage applications.

We recommend heavy-duty stainless steel eyelets for signs being installed outdoors.

Plastic eyelets can deteriorate over time when repeatedly exposed to sunlight, heat and changing weather conditions. Expansion, contraction and UV exposure can cause some plastic eyelets to become brittle, loosen or fail.

Stainless steel provides a stronger and more durable fixing point, particularly for signs installed on fences, construction sites and other exposed outdoor locations.

Our heavy-duty stainless steel eyelets have an external diameter of 19mm, providing a strong fixing point while maintaining a neat, professional finish.

For some installations, yes.

If you’re mounting your sign onto ground spikes, the flutes should run vertically so the spikes can slide into the channels of the corrugated plastic.

If you’re fixing the sign to a single vertical post or pole, horizontal flutes can provide additional rigidity and help reduce the sign wrapping or bending around the post.

If you require a particular flute direction, please specify this when ordering. Where no direction is requested, we’ll select the flute orientation that provides the most efficient use of material.

The maximum size for a single sheet is 2400mm × 1200mm.

Need something larger? No problem. Larger signs can be produced using multiple panels, allowing us to create signage across much bigger areas.

Yes. You can combine multiple artworks of the same sign size within an order and still benefit from our volume pricing.

Our standard pricing includes setup for one artwork. Where multiple designs are required, a small additional artwork/setup charge applies to each extra design.
